Cuppa Hooch is a creation of two brothers-in-law with a shared passion for good food, good coffee, and most of all creating a welcoming restaurant where memories are made.
One brother, IC was the head chef and has worked in our family's Filipino restaurant for as long as we can remember. He is now delivering high-quality dishes in Australia.
The other brother, Ferds is the restaurant manager who started as the marketing head in our family’s corporation but found his passion in creating art in the food and beverage industry.

Most mornings, people kick-off their day with either a cup of coffee or leaf tea. Go on with their busy schedules and end with a relaxing evening of beer, wine, and cocktails with friends and family.
